Meet Bryan Fluharty
Founder & President
Hello, I’m Bryan Fluharty. In 2010, I founded Great Lakes Valet with a vision to redefine what exceptional valet and guest services could look like. Over the past two decades, I’ve devoted my career to mastering every facet of the hospitality and event logistics industry—always with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and genuine human connection.
My Journey
I began my professional path more than 20 years ago, working hands-on at upscale venues and large-scale events. Those early experiences taught me the value of attention to detail, superior customer service, and the importance of a well-trained, motivated team. As I moved through roles in operations, management, and strategic planning, I realized there was an opportunity to elevate the valet experience into something truly remarkable.
In 2010, I took the leap and launched Great Lakes Valet. From day one, my goal has been simple: to blend creativity and strategy in every event we touch, ensuring seamless logistics while creating memorable guest experiences.
What I Do
As the leader of Great Lakes Valet, I wear many hats—strategist, creative director, mentor, and advocate for continuous improvement. My core responsibilities include:
• Strategic Vision: Charting the long-term direction of the company, identifying new markets, service innovations, and partnership opportunities.
• Creative Direction: Designing customer-centric service programs that surprise and delight guests, from themed events to contactless valet solutions.
• Growth & Profitability: Ensuring our financial health through disciplined budgeting, smart investments in technology, and an obsessive focus on operational excellence.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and inspiring a diverse group of professionals who share my passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
